Student Awards

Marion Clark Scholarship

Bequeathed by the late Miss Clark, a teacher and department head who retired in in 1963, this scholarship is awarded to a student who demonstrates excellence in University level Mathematics.

Mathematics Contest Champions

Donated by the Featherson Charitable Foundation, these awards are for the top CCI results for the Canadian Mathematics Competitions run by the University of Waterloo Centre for Education in Mathematics and Computing. These are the winners for the highest CCI mark on the Canadian Open, Pascal (grade 9), Cayley (grade 10), Fermat (grade 11) and Euclid (grade 12) contests as well as the Contest Award that goes to the graduate with the best overall CCI results on contests over their career at our school.

David Shepherd Award

In memory of David Shepherd, a member of the CCI Mathematics Department from 1975 to 2008, who passed away on January 18, 2016, this award is to a graduate continuing to post-secondary who demonstrated excellence in Grade 12 Mathematics, participated in co-curricular activities and demonstrated sportsmanship and dedication to school sport. Here is the list of winners.
